These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the LionStrike website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LionStrike ("LionStrike," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LionStrike is a sports betting data and analytics platform. We provide real-time odds comparison, arbitrage and positive expected value (+EV) signals, sharp line-movement tracking, alerts, and performance-tracking tools for informational and educational purposes.
LionStrike is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, facilitate betting transactions, set betting lines, take deposits, or process withdrawals. Any wager is placed by you directly with a licensed third-party sportsbook at your sole discretion and risk.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and the minimum legal age for sports wagering where you reside) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any related betting activity is lawful in your location.
Sports betting involves financial risk. The data, analytics, signals, and tools provided through the Service are estimates based on available information and do not guarantee any outcome, profit, or result. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are responsible for your own betting decisions.
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service except as expressly permitted; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and analytics, is owned by LionStrike and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All sportsbook names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Service may display odds from, and link to, third-party sportsbooks and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or practices of those third parties. Your dealings with any third-party sportsbook are solely between you and that sportsbook.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LionStrike will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any betting losses, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
